Harbor Keeper

Harbor Keeper puts you in charge of a sleepy fishing port. You schedule boats, upgrade docks, and keep the townsfolk happy as the harbor slowly grows. It's a gentle management sim with a satisfying sense of progress.

Everything works offline, and the game respects your time — there are no timers pushing you to come back. Play a burst on the train, close the app, come back later. Local saves handle it all cleanly.

The economy loop is simple but rewarding, and the pixel art has real charm. It's comfort food, and sometimes that's exactly what you want on a phone.
